less shoulder pain
I take more than the recommended dose, I take 6 a day. My shoulder pain is at least 75% less. I'm not exagerating. It's been 2 full months of use. Maybe it'll continue getting better.
take with food
Inflame & pain really does work and it's one of my fav supplements. But take it with food. I notice on an empty stomach it can cause a little pain. Not sure why or maybe it's just me. But I thought id share.

they had a special, so I bought 7 bottles. I just finished the last pill of the 7 bottle. It's slow process of healing, however i can see for sure there have been improvements. Time to stock up some more.
